I've expanded enterprise accounts from $24K to $160K and built the entire post-sales function from scratch, including onboarding, enablement, a 100-article knowledge base, and the product feedback loop that drives our roadmap. I'm happiest when I'm deepening customer relationships and turning them into growth.
