- Grew one enterprise account from $24K to $160K (6x expansion, turned a near-churn into a reference customer)
- Manage ~30 named enterprise accounts (~$500K), near-zero involuntary churn. Customers include Amgen, AstraZeneca, Visa, Kia, Avis, Groupon, and Patreon
- Built a repeatable champion-led expansion pattern where a European enterprise reference generated an inbound sister-market deal with zero sales motion. Now our default playbook for multi-region enterprise accounts
- Built MI CS Copilot: production Anthropic-agent application (FastAPI + MCP server, 197+ tests, 11 read-only agent tools) running my entire CS operation end-to-end
